My Experience

I have a passion to develop systems for Configurable Products. I started 1988 to develop, document, train and maintain a very complicated Inhouse ERP application with a set of Product Configurators and Master Data Governance at ABB LV Switchgear in a small team. That continued partially until 2018 as ALM project.

This familiarized me on E2E business process steps in detail for Manufacturing industry as well as gave excellent experience in working at multicultural application development and specification projects.

 From 2006 I additionally built a family of SAP Variant Configurators and I started working more widely with SAP as MM & PP Solution Consultant with design and implementation projects in Discrete manufacturing & Process industry businesses.

The three latest implementation projects have been S/4HANA projects and in 2 latest of them I have represented the Customer’s organization.

 My expertise areas in SAP are

• Variant Configurator (AVC and LO-VC) as part of PLM
• Engineering Change Management (ECM) as part of PLM
• Classification as part of AVC and LO-VC
• Master data governance (Materials, BOM’s, Routings, Recipes, Business partners)
• Plan to Deliver (P2D PMD/PL/PE)
• Plan to Produce / Production Planning & Executing (PP), also when integrated with MES
• Materials Management (MM) with specification of storing EUDR required data
• Specification on Integrations mainly with Sales configurators, MES systems and PDM/PLM systems
• Specification of Data models with Special Tables

having additionally general knowledge on Sales, After sales, Plant Maintenance (PM) and PS (Project system).

I have good understand business areas of Process and Manufacturing industries, especially with CTO, ETO with PS, MTO and MTS production processes with the whole Product Lifecycle chain.

I do have excellent experience (30+ years) on working in intercultural organizations with all levels of stakeholders.
Five of the projects have followed Agile method and especially the project assignment on 2022 was very tightly using SAFe method. My task was to act as Stream Lead and Scrum Master additionally to Consulting tasks in my team.
