Develop PP Master data solution for configurable BoM’s and Routings on all products at all Plants (2018-2023)
Integration of Production data with 2 separate MES systems

The project included new implementations to several Plants in different countries (for me, Italy and Finland as MM and PP consultant).

2018 I developed a new kind of VC based solution for of PP Master data using 2-level Material Variants with Variant Configuration features (super-BOM, super-Routing) which was implemented later also on Plants which had had their go-live earlier.

The project included new implementations from Axapta to several Plants in different countries in Europe (for me, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain) with different products.
In addition to this I migrated on behalf of the Customer the BoM’s from several separate Axapta systems into SAP as SuperBoM process.

Vacon POC VC Demo and Detail Design of Configurable Products - SAP ECC

Leading, specifying and building several similar Product Configurators for medium voltage protection relay products
Including Sales and Production (super-BoM) configurator
Integrated with an existing sales configurator (done by Wapice)

The assignment included a rapid development of VC features of an existing product range whoch utilized the selected characteristics from Sales configurator. Similar VC products was built after the first successful solution.
