Global company (Metso) SAP S/4HANA Implementation on Phases 3 & 4 of the Program

- Supporting Metso’s Global IT and Business teams, concentrating on validations and clarifications of PP Master data (Material Master, Production version and VC related BoM’s and Routings)
- Supporting in UAT testing and incident resolutions especially with PP master data (BOM, Routing) issues related to Configurable Products
- Supporting specifying development path for centralized Master Data Governance with PDM integration
- Sparring the future VC to AVC development direction of development and adopting AVC specific features, additionally creating documents for Global IT department for better understanding of AVC advantages and usability
- Validating and enhancing Company’s documentation on VC, QM & PP areas

Wood industry company (Metsä Forest) in Bluefield S/4HANA Implementation project

- Industrial purchasing of wood process in Sweden factory (new to SAP)
as the first new company code outside Finland for the whole Metsä Forest.
The main project was a migration project from a very old, mainly inhouse developed SAP ECC to S/4HANA with additional need to implement the first foreign factory (in Sweden) to SAP.
This also included specification and development of a new Data model structure for integrating a complicated goods (wood) delivery information from a general Swedish application.

from Axapta & Jeeves ERP’s to SAP ECC environment in Sweden and Norway factories.
The project started with Data migration from existing ERP systems MS Axapta & Jeeves for Project and After Sales businesses.
Second phase followed by merging Project and Service Sales business processes in Sweden and Norway and leading the development of PDM-to-SAP interfaces. This also included the actual cutover of Plants with migration of open Transactional Data like Purchase Requisitions and Orders as well as Sales orders.
Process Industry (Suominen) new implementation project to SAP ECC

Responsibility:
- Variant Configurator development details at 2016 including Sales configurator enhancements. Continuing at 2018 to develop a new kind of VC based solution for of PP Master data using 2-level Material Variants with PP master data (super-BOM, super-Routing).
- MM & PP implementations in Italy and Finland included MM Configurations and Production features outside MES system, collecting & realizing Plant specific processes, Changes development controlling and user support.
- From 2021 a new responsibility as SPOC for MM and PP areas. The main task was to convert customers’ requirements into optimal solutions and create specifications for technical consultants and programmers offshore.
